He has led the communications and corporate affairs strategy on over $67bn of corporate actions, and is particularly experienced at resolving difficult issues in countries such as Russia and China, the Middle East and Latin America.

His board experience within international businesses has centered on the improvement of operational efficiencies; and sits alongside other non-executive and advisory committee work with government on public health and not-for-profit boards.

His private equity experience working on international media deals accompanies an early career in the City; and time as an editor at Reuters.
